Abstract

This paper first explores the development as well as transformation trends of bioeconomy-related enterprises based on the bioeconomy as well as the global bioeconomy. Then the digital transformation is taken as the explanatory variable, the effect of transformation is taken as the explanatory variable, and a regression model is constructed, and an empirical analysis is carried out through the data of biomedical enterprises related to digital transformation. Then descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression analyses were conducted on the effects of digital transformation and transformation, and the factors affecting the bioeconomic performance of bioeconomic enterprises were analyzed, so as to explore the impact of digital transformation of relevant bio-enterprises. The results show that the regression results are significant, with a regression coefficient of 0.002, enterprise performance is significantly positively correlated with digital transformation, digital transformation can promote the enterprise performance of bio-economy-related enterprises, and enterprise efficiency, cost rate, bio-innovation technology, and the level of internal control can improve the enterprise performance above 0.1. This study proposes the optimization of digital transformation strategies for bioeconomy-related enterprises from three perspectives: talent, policy and ecosystem.
