Social Governance System Innovation and Collaborative Governance Model Construction Based on the Concept of Health

Abstract
This paper first studies the hierarchical structure of social and ecological health and the components of the health environment system and explores the impact of environmental governance on social health, such as the natural environment, the urban environment, the living environment and the service environment. Then it analyzes the types of health resources and the influencing factors of the society and constructs a collaborative governance model of social health. Finally, taking urban area H as an example, the effect of collaborative social health governance was analyzed in terms of environmental enhancement, atmosphere creation, service improvement, and facility upgrading, and the components of health construction in urban area H were prioritized using TOPSIS and IPA methods. The results showed that the mean value of status satisfaction in urban area H was 4.6834 and the mean value of importance was 5.8522, and the satisfaction of status of health construction content was slightly lower than the importance. This study is an important reference for the sustainable development of society and the integration and development of health concepts in social governance.
