Study on the Innovative Development Mode of Folk Culture and Art to Assist Rural Revitalization Under the Dissemination of Health Concepts

Abstract

This paper discusses the importance of people’s health to rural development through the concept of health, and analyzes the dilemmas faced by the development of healthy villages and the measures to solve them. Secondly, it studies the innovative development mode of folk culture and art to help rural revitalization based on the dissemination of the concept of health, and researches the performance of folk culture and art to help rural revitalization by analyzing the measures to develop them. In order to verify the effectiveness of the innovative development model of rural revitalization, it is applied in the rural revitalization of H city for empirical analysis. The results show that after five years of policy support, financial investment, and cultural propaganda by the municipal government of H, the development indexes of the five dimensions of human resource construction, industrial development, public construction, innovation and development education and social organizations in 2022 have increased by 16.53, 21.11, 14.89, 19.35, and 17.80 compared to the starting period of 2018.The data show that folk culture and art to help rural revitalization of the integration of the countryside’s own historical environment, rituals and beliefs, folk art and other elements, so that the civilization of the rural society continues to improve, establish the folk culture confidence, and promote the development of China’s countryside.
