The Current Situation of the Spiritual Life of Young College Students in the Context of Digital Health Education and Measures to Improve it

Abstract
This paper focuses on the current psychological characteristics of young college students who are prone to anxiety and depression, analyzes the current situation of college students’ mental life, analyzes the factors related to anxiety and depression symptoms, and draws out three aspects of college students’ mental health literacy knowledge, attitude and behavior. Based on the relationship between emotional relationship and mental health and depression level, the consistency analysis of positive and negative indicators and emotional inertia under mental health was conducted to explore the emotional inertia results of digital health education on college students, including the relationship between college students’ hours, analysis of emotional inertia results and physiological indicators of mental health and emotional inertia. The effect of digital health education on the intervention of anxiety and depressive mood of college students was analyzed from the comparison of the level of mental health literacy of depressive disorders and the comparison of the attitude of depressive disorders in two minutes. The difference in the total mean score of mental health literacy of depressive disorders between the two groups before intervention was not statistically significant, p>0.05, and the difference in scores between the two groups after intervention was statistically significant, then p<0.05. Digital health education can improve the mental health literacy of depressive disorders among college students.
