Abstract

The phenomenon of college students’ cell phone addiction has become one of the most serious problems hindering college students’ innovation. This paper takes 653 college students of University H as the research object, and explores the mechanism of time-distance perception of college students with cell phone addiction, and establishes a scalar timing model in the existing internal clock model. It also regulates college students’ cell phone addiction behavior according to the positive thinking intervention method, and explores the relationship between the three variables of college students’ ideological and political education, cell phone addiction, and positive thinking ability. The results show that the t-value of withdrawal and inefficacy of cell phone addiction factor in the mild and moderate cell phone addiction group by the integrated intervention of ideological and political education is 3.157 and 4.339, respectively, and p<0.01. It shows that the ideological and political education integrating digital health conceptual intervention on cell phone addiction is practically effective. This paper is conducive to the in-depth development and utilization of the two major resources of Civic and Political Education and Health, and provides a basis for the cultivation of innovative talents with all-round development of morality, intelligence and physical fitness.
