Abstract

This paper firstly researches the physical education practice in colleges and universities from the perspective of “three comprehensive educations”, which can be carried out from various perspectives such as the standardization, comprehensiveness, science, rationality and participation of physical education, and enriches the content of after-school physical education practice activities through the practice platform. Then the visual simulation system was constructed, while the start, takeoff and crossbar were analyzed based on the motion biomechanics capture technology, and the data simulation of high jump takeoff phase and crossbar training was conducted using the biokinetic model. The results showed that: residual sum of squares = 0.0644, deviation sum of squares = 0.1057, multiple correlation coefficient = 0.6251 and variance = 0.1794. The goodness of fit of the multiple linear regression according to the statistical parameters indicated that the synthetic and vertical velocities had a significant effect on the jump scores. This study of sports biomechanics capture technology can effectively support sports training, and combined with sports virtual training simulation, it can better provide reasonable suggestions and references for the development and theoretical basis of sports.
