The Innovative Path of Human Resource Management System in Emotion Regulation Fusion Enterprises

Abstract
This paper analyzes the role of emotion regulation in enterprise human resource management by discussing the role, core value, type and content of emotion regulation. It also explores the path of emotion regulation to optimize the enterprise human resource management system from six aspects: management consciousness, incentive mechanism, work content, work environment, mental health and emotional ability. In order to verify the effectiveness of the optimized HRM system, the managers and employees of Enterprise H are taken as research subjects for application analysis. The results show that after the integration of emotion regulation into the enterprise human resource management system, the values of late arrival, early departure and absenteeism of the employees were reduced by 23.73-25.64, and the values of work efficiency and work quality were increased by 1.15-4.23 and 7.02-16.33 respectively, which means that the negative emotions of the employees can be effectively alleviated through emotion regulation, and the motivation of the employees can be effectively improved at the same time, the work efficiency and work quality of the employees were improved. The work efficiency and work quality of employees are improved, giving full play to the function and role of emotion regulation in human resource management, and realizing the goal of optimizing human resource management.
