A Study on the Relationship Between the Influence of General College Physical Education Courses on Students’ Career Development Under the Construction of Human Health and Health Community

Abstract

In order to promote college students’ employment and good career development prospects, this paper first analyzes the current situation of human health and health community and physical education in colleges and universities, and integrates human health and health community with physical education curriculum based on the symbiosis theory of biology, and constructs a dual-body integration curriculum. Then, using bioethics as the guiding principle, we build a dual-body curriculum with career development characteristics based on the dual-body integration curriculum and integrate mental health education into the dual-body curriculum system. Finally, the effect of the dual-body curriculum was visualized and analyzed through the selection of physical fitness test indicators, and the impact of the construction of the dual-body curriculum on students’ career development was explored. The average score of the physical fitness test for male students was 90.62 and for female students was 88.42. 38.1% of the substandard male students were overweight or obese, and 29.2% of the substandard female students were low body weight or malnutrition. The physical fitness index of college students increased by 0.3, the core literacy index increased by 0.29, and the psychological quality index increased by 0.37. The construction of the dual fitness curriculum has a positive effect on students’ career development.
