The Research of Big Data Analysis in the Work Mode of College Youth League Based on the Cultivation Goal of Applied Talents

Abstract

Under the background of digital era, talents cultivated in colleges and universities are more inclined to practical ability, neglecting ideological guidance, and unable to cope with real-time changes in social needs. Therefore, we study the topic of big data analysis in the work mode of college youth league based on the goal of applied talent training. It elaborates the connotation of application-oriented talent cultivation and analyzes the current situation of college youth league work. By deeply analyzing the core position of big data platforms in the ideological guidance work of the Communist Youth League in universities, and combining with the goal of cultivating applied talents, we propose a strategy to build a matching mechanism for the work of the Communist Youth League in universities. At the same time, we have repositioned the tasks of the Communist Youth League of universities in talent cultivation, with the aim of forming a reform plan for the big data work mode of the Communist Youth League of universities based on the goal of cultivating applied talents. This series of studies aims to help the Communist Youth League keep up with the pace of the times, lead youth trends, and inject youthful vitality and wisdom into the sustainable development of society.
