Analysis of the Production Application of Fiber Arts and Crafts Oriented to the Concept of Digital Health

Abstract

With the improvement of the quality of life, more and more arts and crafts with nature and environmental protection as raw materials are coming into people’s view. In order to study the arts and crafts in the new era, this paper analyzes the arts and crafts and digital health concept, and introduces the concept of environmental protection crafts based on digital health concept, and gets the arts and crafts made of fiber. Using raw rattan as the experimental material, the moisture content and mildew of raw rattan were measured first, then the raw rattan was subjected to biological and chemical degumming followed by dyeing experiments, and finally the rattan fibers were extracted by adding NaOH reagent. The results showed that the water content of the water-bearing rattan should be 22% when it is moldy, and the water content should be about 24% when it is moldy, no matter it is the raw rattan, or the rattan with gold powder or silver powder. The most suitable dye content is selected in the range between (40%, 60%], the extraction rate of fiber will increase first and then decrease with the whole large concentration of NaOH, the best concentration of NaOH for fiber extraction should be selected as 10.2 g/L. Based on this study can introduce the concept of digital health in the process of fiber crafts preparation.
