Construction of an Electronic Information Design Platform for Bioinformatics and Expression Analysis

Abstract

In order to carry out bioinformatics analysis in a better way, this paper firstly analyzes the object-oriented software integration technology and gives the process of gene expression analysis. Secondly, an electronic information design platform for bioinformatics and expression analysis is constructed based on Linux operating system. Finally, the platform was tested and analyzed with the cell wall-related genes of Liuyejik and the prostate cancer metastasis gene VCAN as the research objects. The results concluded that 3392 transcription factor-related candidate genes were predicted by the test of cell wall-related genes of Liuyejik. Expression differential gene screening for prostate cancer metastasis genes screened 72 co-differentially expressed genes, of which 20 were up-regulated in expression and 52 were down-regulated in expression. It shows that this electronic information design platform can effectively perform bioinformatics analysis and can handle large quantities of nucleic acid and protein sequence analysis data to achieve high efficiency and low cost, which can basically meet the needs of general bioinformatics analysis in most laboratories.
