Positive Implications of Piano Teaching on Students’ Psychological Cognitive Enhancement

Abstract

This paper explores the positive significance of piano teaching on the development of students’ psychological cognition based on healthy psychological education, aiming to alleviate students’ learning pressure and negative emotions, and then form a healthy mindset and pro-social behavior. Considering the practical operation of piano teaching to promote students’ psychological cognition, the integration of piano teaching and psychological cognition can be realized by establishing a stable connection between the mind and excellent music works, and selecting the content of piano teaching for different situations. In order to confirm the positive effect and significance of piano teaching on the enhancement of students’ psychological cognition, the research design of psychological cognition based on piano teaching is proposed, and the statistical analysis method is used to analyze the examples of students’ psychological cognition based on piano teaching. The results show that in the three aspects of interpersonal harmony, emotion regulation and courage to challenge the P value is less than 0.05, and there is a significant difference between the psychological cognitive status of the two groups of students. In the two aspects of positive optimism and goal pursuit, the P value is less than 0.01, and there is a highly significant difference between the two groups of students’ psychological cognitive status. In this study, through the piano teaching students can change this negative, pessimistic and unfavorable psychological problems better, and the students’ psychological cognitive level has been greatly improved.
