Research on the “Integrated” Teaching Model of Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Schools Under the Theory of Biocognitive Sciences

Abstract

This paper firstly constructs the sports teaching ecosystem according to the theory of biocognitive science and the goal of sports teaching, and explores the path to realize the ecosystem of students’ sports teaching with the help of the idea of sustainable development in the theory of biocognitive science. Secondly, it analyzes the feasibility and necessity of applying the theory of biocognitive science to the “integrated” teaching of physical education, and highlights the value of constructing the sports ecosystem in colleges and universities. Then, we design the research of college physical education ecosystem under the theory of biocognitive science, select the public physical education ecosystem of general colleges and universities in Guizhou Province as the research object, and analyze the empirical evidence of the “integrated” teaching of physical education combined with the theory of biocognitive science through statistical analysis method. The results show that in the physical education ecosystem, the human participation in physical education classroom teaching is 0.334, the medium of physical education classroom teaching is 0.25, and the ecological physical education classroom diagnosis is 0.167, which have a certain influence on the ecological physical education classroom teaching. On the physical education teaching ecosystem, the individual level, the social ecological level, and the organizational community ecological level were significantly different from the physical activity behaviors in colleges and universities.
