Research on the Application of Health Psychology Education in the Guidance of College Civics Course and Intelligent Strategies of Counselors

Abstract
This paper firstly illustrates a study on the application of health psychology education in the college Civic Science curriculum, combining the advantages of health psychology education and Civic Science curriculum, and proposes to optimize the overall ecosystem of college ideological and political education environment. Then it uses the psychological effect in health psychology to guide and innovate the teaching of Civic Science, so that students can get better learning effect in the learning process. It also illustrates the application of health psychology education in the intelligent strategy of counselors from two aspects: the overall characteristics of emotion and mental toughness cultivation, and also conducts an example analysis of the Civic Science curriculum in colleges and universities based on health psychology education. The results show that all five dimensions of curriculum thinking and positive mental health indicators are significantly positively correlated ( r between 0.28 and 0.38, p<0.01 ) and all five dimensions of curriculum thinking and negative mental health indicators are significantly negatively correlated ( r between -0.29 and -0.36, p<0.01, r between -0.24 and -0.35, p < 0.01), which indicates that psychological health has a facilitating effect on college thinking and political education.
