Research on the Linkage Mechanism between Mental Health Education and Student Work in Colleges and Universities under the Perspective of Healthy China

Abstract

Based on the problem of mental health education in colleges and universities and the background of student work, this paper explores the relevance of education and student work by analyzing the main contents of mental health education and the main features of student work. The role of mental health education in student work is analyzed in the light of the communication carriers of mental health education. The main methods of combining mental health education and student work are explored from the perspectives of ideology, management system and student development, so as to propose an effective linkage mechanism. The results show that the combination of online and offline student work and mental health education can improve students’ mental health to a certain extent. The percentage of students’ mental sub-health is reduced from 0.2 to 0.1, and the percentage of mental health is gradually improved. A perfect mental health education assessment system is an important prerequisite for the combination of mental health education and student work. The assessment rates at school level, student level and social level are 0.7, 0.85 and 0.65 respectively. This study provides an effective reference mechanism for promoting mental health education in colleges and universities, which is conducive to the development of students’ mental health.
