Abstract

Due to the growing popularity of Internet technology, conventional ways of life have been altered and e-commerce platforms have emerged as a new means of conducting business. Real-time product monitoring and management inside e-commerce is made possible by the Internet of Things, which improves company and personal data security yet makes information sharing easier in commercial activities. In this context, firms place a high emphasis on the efficiency and economy of financial flow, staffing, transportation and data movement. One efficient way to improve and streamline the logistics system's style of operation is to use the Internet of Things technologies. It can arise from delays in the supply chain and operational shortcomings that slow down the delivery of products or services to the final customer. In this paper, we proposed the Novel Supply Chain Model (NSCM) with Internet of Things (IoT) technology to address the existing challenges. In the conclusion, we assessed the throughput and logistical efficiency, evaluating the data security and cost-effectiveness of the existing technologies like AI, GPS and big data. Our NSCM provided superior performance with a 95% data security rate and 94.5% cost-effectiveness, surpassing the capabilities of the mentioned technologies.
