Exploration of Additive G6 in Polymer Composite Performance
Main Article Content
Abstract
This study explores the effects of additive G6 on the structural, thermal, and mechanical properties of polymer composites. The additive was synthesized and incorporated into the polymer matrix using melt compounding and solution casting techniques. Characterization was carried out using FTIR, DSC, and SEM. The results indicated that additive G6 enhances thermal stability, mechanical strength, and improves resistance to UV degradation. Furthermore, the long-term durability and potential for eco-friendly replacement of traditional additives were evaluated. The implications of these findings extend across various industrial applications including packaging, biomedical devices, automotive parts, and construction materials. Future work will focus on scaling synthesis methods, evaluating environmental stability, and conducting long-term performance tests. The results contribute to the growing body of research on additive-enhanced polymers and open avenues for optimizing their use under practical service conditions.
