Abstract

The design of an automotive maintenance management system can better meet the growing demand for automotive maintenance. In this paper, the business process and business requirements of the Smart Internet automotive maintenance management system are analyzed and the management system for Internet terminals is designed. For the fault classification of smart diagnosis, the named entity-based recognition characterizes the fault phenomenon text, represents this text based on the entity attention mechanism, and finally achieves the classification of faults through knowledge entity vectorization processing as well as feature extraction. The model input consists of text attention vector and other dimensional feature fusion, and the classification accuracy reaches 80.88%, and the  value reaches 80.11. In the system test, the average CPU usage of the system based on Smart Internet decreases by 22.56%, and the disk IO/S increases by 111.85 bps, which can fully meet the needs of automotive maintenance management. This paper has successfully completed the design and implementation of the automotive maintenance management system, and the system functions well and performs well.
