Abstract

With the rapid development of social economy and the improvement of people environmental protection concept, all countries in the world gradually realized that for the excessive consumption of resources and serious environmental pollution will bring great harm to people's development in the future, for the sake of finding an alternative to modern is given priority to with reinforced concrete construction mode, advocate vigorously to develop green building in China, under the background of this big environment, The development of wood structure building has ushered in a new opportunity. Wood is a kind of renewable, excellent processing performance, good physical properties and many other advantages, is an ideal alternative to traditional building materials, has a very broad space for development in the future. Wooden structure construction has a very long history in China, but in the modern environment of science and technology, the research on new wooden structure is very scattered, lack of systematic, and the research on the lateral resistance of wood frame shear wall is mostly on the surface, not deep enough. ABAQUS finite element analysis is a kind of commonly used engineering project analysis software, which can provide engineers with linear static and dynamic analysis to complex nonlinear coupled physical field analysis and other analysis modes, so as to facilitate engineers to solve practical problems. In order to promote China's construction industry towards the direction of green low carbon, energy conservation, environmental protection, this paper using ABAQUS finite element analysis for LVL wood frame shear wall lateral resistance has carried on the experiment, analyses different factors affect the performance of wood shear wall lateral force, for the wood application of green architecture in our country has very important practical significance.
