Corporate Innovation Management Based on Second Curve Innovation Theory in Chaotic Ecosystems
Main Article Content
Abstract
Following the logic of chaos evolution economics, this paper discusses in depth the specific role mechanism between the core subject and other related subjects in the resource-limited ecological environment, i.e., the enterprise and the market, from the perspectives of inside and outside of the enterprise’s innovation management system, and under the framework of the second curve innovation theory and the ecosystem theory. Finally, taking Enterprise H as an actual case, strategic countermeasures to improve the efficiency of enterprise innovation management are proposed through the analysis of the health, effectiveness and profitability of the innovation ecosystem. The results show that the total score of innovation ecosystem health of Enterprise H is 3.07, and 10 out of 16 observations are greater than 1, presenting efficiency improvement. Six observations are less than 1, showing efficiency decline. It indicates that Enterprise H effectively improves the profitability and promotes the economic transformation of Enterprise H by constructing the innovation management ecosystem. This paper provides effective reference and guidance for enterprise innovation management.
