Application-focused institutions have emerged as a key component of Chinese higher education's talent development systems. However, there are the following issues in the talent cultivation model in application-oriented institutes due to some traditional operating systems, concepts, and other issues in Chinese higher education: objective dislocation, single development model, similar training qualified personnel, missing features, and so forth. The study offers some helpful suggestions for improving talent cultivation in application-oriented institutes by analysing the fundamental components of talent cultivation, such as objectives, skills attributes, and so on. A key objective of talent development at higher vocational colleges is the development of inventive abilities. To accomplish this, educational professionals in higher vocational colleges have implemented numerous teaching and educational reforms. Higher professional foundations are giving increasingly more consideration to the Mathematical Challenge in Demonstrating as a public level scholastic contest to foster understudies' application expertise and imagination potential. This work previously led showing change and investigation practice of higher mathematics course in higher professional universities, then, at that point, developed the technique for developing creative talents in higher professional schools by laying out mathematical demonstrating superb specialist class and taking mathematical displaying challenge as the transporter, lastly expounded the idea.
