Mechanical Vibration Detection of HVAC Low-Flow Fans Combined with Biometric Signals
Main Article Content
Abstract
In this paper, based on the characteristic signals of biological localization behavior, the vibration localization mechanism of scorpion during predation is investigated, which is found to be similar to mechanical vibration detection in dynamics, and the mechanism is used for mechanical vibration detection through bionic design. By extracting the parameters and feature vectors in the vibration signals, we provide parameter support for the testing system. Collect the vibration test parameters and construct the overall framework of the fan vibration detection system through the data analysis method. The vibration detection of HVAC fans as well as the performance of the mechanical vibration detection system is tested through experiments. The vibration signal was analyzed to find the faulty part, and the peak value of the vibration frequency domain signal decreased from 8.5g to 0.3g after repair. Smaller than the set alarm corresponding to the peak value of 265mV of the actual detection value, the alarm system did not operate, it can be seen that the alarm system recognition accuracy is high. The mechanical vibration detection proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the frequency domain signal peaks, vibration alarm system to identify the vibration frequency performance is good.
