Abstract

According to the characteristics of the teaching of Wushu sparring courses in colleges and universities that neglect the physical quality of students and the unitary teaching method, this paper puts forward a curriculum system that combines the analysis technology of biomotor mechanics and integrates the physical training of students and the teaching of basic leg technique. Using sports biomechanics to analyze the action technology of Wushu Sanda, it is clear that Sanda sports physical fitness needs. Based on the biomechanics of sports, we analyze the muscle strength characteristics, muscle work characteristics and key stability characteristics of sparring athletes. On the basis of analyzing the causes of common sports injuries and treatment attitudes of college students specializing in casual sparring, clarify the teaching effect of college Wushu casual sparring course teaching on sports injuries, and put forward the construction path of the integrated college Wushu casual sparring course system that emphasizes both physical fitness and legwork. In the sample data, 15.87% of the students in colleges and universities showed negative treatment attitudes toward sports injuries, and only 41.27% of the students were cognizant of the ways to treat sports injuries in colleges and universities. Thus, the college Wushu sparring curriculum system should improve students’ awareness of sports injuries and standardize the teaching of sparring in order to reduce sports injuries.
